I’m your host, Ryan Amen, and I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’re anything like me, you love hearing how businesses really work. Not just the polished headlines, but the behind-the-scenes stuff. I’ve always been fascinated by talking with business owners about how they got started, what’s worked for them, what hasn’t, and what kind of offers and opportunities they’ve created that others might be able to jump into.

Over the past 20+ years of marketing and advertising, I’ve seen a lot.
I’ve helped grow an agency from three people and a few hundred thousand in annual revenue to a team of about 35 and almost $9 million in annual revenue. And along the way, I’ve helped a lot of businesses grow by helping them dial in their visibility, marketing, strategy — many with some pretty wild success stories.

But honestly, the part I’ve always enjoyed the most is hearing how someone turned an idea into a business. How they took control of their time, their income, and their future. That’s what lights me up. And this podcast is my way of bringing more of that to the surface while hopefully helping you find inspiration, strategies, or even an opportunity you can plug into yourself.
